La Maison Hostel is located in a
safe parisian residential district,
a 15 minute walk from Volontaires
métrothe, Eiffel Tower and
a short walk from the famous cafés
of Montparnasse where Hemmingway,
Henry Miller and Picasso might have
shared a round. The neighborhood has
everything the independent traveller
needs : supermarkets, bakeries, laudromat,
post office, etc. From the Volontaires
metro station (5 minutes from the
Hostel) all of Paris'famous tourist
attractions are a short ride away
: The Louvre, the Arc de Triomphe
and Champs Elysées, Notre-Dame
cathedral and Sacré-Coeur.
Unlike large institutional hostels,
La Maison Hostel is a friendly, independently-run
establishment. Our thirty rooms have
all recently been refurbished (new
beds, new wallpaper, new flooring).
